It was the 1st time I have been to A&E in my 60 years , the person who treated my was very patronising and gave me not advice how to treat my injuries apart from I may need an MRI if not better in 6 months

Excellent from start to finish. I currently work in the healthcare sector and I was amazed at the professionalism and caring attitude of all staff involved. Whatever has been achieved at Abingdon MIU should be transferred through the health service throughout the UK.

Really helped me at a time of need. The process was smooth and fast sailing from point of contacting 111 to referral and coming in to be examed.

Nothing process took less than an hour from call to leaving hospital. If anything probably the pay system for the pills I received from the hospital. I don’t have a Cheque book and would’ve preferred to pay at the hospital.
